“How do you make a decision when you have 3 options, and they all feel bad?” 🤔

First, I help my clients separate out fear from truth with each of the options. Your brain might tell you that none of the 3 choices are great, but perhaps with a small perspective shift, one of those choices might actually feel doable, and like a huge relief.

We release what’s making some options feel so heavy — like the need to please everyone.

Then you’ll have a clear space to see your choices in a whole new light. You know what it would really take to make each choice successful, and you can decide if you want to do that.

 



Then, we figure out what your “best reasons” would be for making each choice. We identify which of your values you would be following if you picked each one.

You choose the course of action that feels the most like being the BEST and most REAL version of YOU.

When you figure out which choice resonates with who you really are, you unleash new motivation to make it happen. 💥

We’ll take one more look at any obstacles that might get in the way, and then make a plan for how to deal with those. 📝🌱

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been helping clients turn their lives from chaos to peace for 11 years. And for the last 5 years, I’ve specialized in my passion: helping people to find relief from anxiety.
