You can love your life with very little on the outside when you know that you have all the resources you need on the inside.

I got rid of everything I owned to move to South America. I brought only a couple of suitcases and a heart full of dreams. And the journey has taught me SO MUCH about how to create a feeling of safety for myself, regardless of outside circumstances.

There’s power in realizing you actually need very little on the outside to be “a certain way” in order to love your life.

The external things never make you as happy as you think they will.

And look at it this way... 🧐

You’re pretty satisfied with your life RIGHT NOW, EVEN WITH all these obligations weighing you down.
