Salon #4
YOU’VE ALREADY GOT THE VALUE
How Self-Worth Sets the Stage for Abundance
Come grab your coffee, get comfy, and press play.
Â
This week’s Soul Salon is two live coachings. Both women came with the same question underneath: Am I valuable if I’m not making the money yet? If I’m not doing enough?
Â
The Teaching
It’s 9 PM, and you’re so much more than drained. You’re so consistent for everyone else, so why is it so hard to show up for yourself at the end of the day? Here’s what I want you to try on: I am the asset. This wouldn’t run without me. So I really need to take care of myself. You maintain everything in your life so well. Let’s make sure you’re well-maintained, too.
Â
Coaching One: You’re Already ValuableÂ
So many of us are the first person in our social circles to heal and reach for a better life. The weight of the old beliefs can make us question our big dreams.Â
In this coaching session, I walk a woman step by step through finding her own inner value, so she can love her life and live with a sense of freedom and fun (even before the money and success has shown up). We make it clear that connecting to an energy of approving of ourselves FIRST is what sets the stage for the abundance of money and connection to come pouring in.
Â
Coaching Two:Â The Courage to Ask for HelpÂ
I talk with a woman who burned out and left her corporate job. She prioritized slowing down and healing herself, but now she’s hesitant about the hard work that would come with building a new life where she gets to serve people.
I show her how to increase her capacity to begin working hard again — this time for a cause she’s devoted to — without worrying about burning out again.
We also uncovered the limiting belief that caused her to burn out in the first place: The concern that asking for help, or asking for what she needs, makes her selfish.
I showed her how reaching for the support we need is the LEAST selfish act we could do.
Meet Your Guide
Â
Hi, I’m Natalie.
Â
Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Life Coach, and a woman who knows firsthand what it’s like to take on big projects, be responsible for deeply helping many people, and still let it feel fun and purposeful. And be something that GIVES me energy.
Â
I’ve facilitated hundreds of healing groups for more than 1,000 women over the last 10 years.
Â
I help sensitive, big-hearted women to heal the pattern of always giving and never receiving — so you can feel confident, connected, and at peace with yourself. Without becoming lazy or losing the people you love.
Imagine actually enjoying the life you’ve built.
Â
When we work together, you will:
Â
Quiet Your
Inner Critic
So your mind can feel like a refuge instead of a battle
Create Loving Boundaries
So your relationships feel better, deeper, and stronger
Claim Your Desires & Enjoy Your Life
So you wake up with energy, purpose, and contentment
The most common reaction after your first coaching session is feeling pleasantly surprised.
Â
You thought that talking about something vulnerable would leave you feeling exposed.
⇢ But instead you feel seen, and your heart is full because you discovered how much better you feel with a different persepctive.
Â
You doubted you’d feel much progress with this issue that’s been plaguing you for a long time.
⇢ But actually, you’re so clear on what’s really going on and exactly what you need to do to resolve it.
Â
You were afraid that “getting into it” would make you feel worse.
⇢ But you end up feeling at peace and lighter than you expected.
Ready to have this healing for yourself?
Â
If something inside of you is getting excited for the possibility of your own big changes, the next step is to book a free consultation.
Â
This is a no-pressure conversation where I will tell you whether or not working together can help you. No BS. I’ll let you know the exact skills you would need to build to get where you want to go, and if your results would be guaranteed.
Â
Whether we decide to work together or not, you’ll leave our call with a step-by-step plan for what it will take to get you to the next stage of your life. And you’ll experience what it feels like to find hope and faith in yourself that you can do it.
Â
Your brain might be saying, “Let me think about it.”
Â
One of my clients said it best: “I’ve been trying to find an instant solution for 20 years. And if I keep trying to find an instant solution, I will be in this same place in 20 years.”Â
